Neoendo Neohybrid Rotary Files boast a CTA Wire-Controlled Thermal Activation Wire, offering excellent flexibility. Their off-centered rectangular cross-section ensures sharp cutting flutes for enhanced efficiency, a safety non-cutting tip to minimize ledge formation, and high fracture resistance. These files are designed for most cases, with calibrated length markings. The unique off-centered rectangular cross-section allows for an asymmetric or swaggering movement, minimizing engagement with canal dentin and reducing taper-lock and screw-in forces. This design also increases flexibility for shaping severely curved canals and enhances debris removal. Neoendo's proprietary thermal process improves flexibility while retaining cutting efficiency, with files colored Gold, Blue, or Gray based on heat treatment. The shorter clinical sequence allows for more time and energy to be allocated to pivotal irrigation. These files are used in root canal biomechanical preparation, especially for severely curved canals. Advantages include 2-point contact with the canal wall, minimal engagement between files and canal dentin, higher flexibility with cutting efficiency, heat-treated files, and a shorter clinical sequence. They come in a pack of 4, 21mm in length, with assorted sizes (17/4, 20/4, 25/4, 25/6). The Neoendo Neohybrid Rotary Files Usage Protocol involves starting with a #15 hand file and orifice opener, establishing a glide path, preparing the access cavity, and using an Electronic Apex Locator or radiograph to establish the working length. For challenging cases, use #8, #10 K-File or Neoendo Flex Glide Files. Use the file in a brushing motion, cleaning cutting flutes regularly, irrigating the canal, and recapitulating with a K-File. Always use Neohybrid files gently, following recommended speed and torque settings.
