I started cycling. MTB World Championships in Bad Goisern 2004, Gunn-Rita Dahle Flesjå was competing in the 106km race. Her performance was impressive. I watched from different spots as she increased her lead. She won by approximately 28 minutes. At the finish, she beamed with joy, her words resonating with me. That's how I started mountain biking, using my father's steel bike. The rest is history.
