TITEBOND QUICKSET 2000 WOOD GLUE

Titebond Quickset 2000 is a water-based adhesive, designed to bond high-pressure laminates (HPL) to wood-based substrates. It's versatile, usable in various systems like continuous heated-panel laminating, pinch roll, dead stacking, or limited lay-up time cold-press operations. This fast-setting adhesive is suitable for post-forming applications. Key features include fast setting with superior strength, bonding HPL to wood-based substrates, VOC compliance, non-flammability with no offensive odor, and post-formability with high heat resistance. Apply above 50F (10C), with an assembly time of 15 minutes at 70F/50% RH. It's designed for use with specific machinery and suitable for high pressure laminate to particleboard or fiberboard substrates. Gluing stock should be uniform, with thickness variation not exceeding .005 inches. Spread generally 35-50 pounds per 1,000 square feet of glue line. Clean up while wet, scraping off dried excess. It's specifically designed for large surface area applications, not suited for other assembly types or continuous submersion. Keep from freezing.
